The perfect space for your next photo or film shoot is located adjacent to DTLA in the historic Brewery Arts Complex.
This beautiful 2300 sq. ft. studio/loft features two levels, 25 ft. ceilings, natural light, A/C, mid-century furniture, full kitchen, free parking, a restaurant/bar on site and is freeway friendly.

The studio is located within the Brewery Arts Complex. In July 1997, the LA Weekly called the Brewery "the world's largest artist-in-residence community" and a March 1999 Los Angeles Times article stated the Brewery as being "the world's largest art complex."
The Brewery is made up of several hundred studios/lofts in industrial buildings, all of which are a part of what has become a uniquely vibrant and creative community.

An amazing space to hold an event or gathering for up to 25 people. An industrial gallery aesthetic is in place featuring the Streetwise, Pez on Earth, Perspectives, Arrested Decay and Iceland Rocks exhibits, surrounded by beautiful mid-century designer furniture. Plus, a studio manager is on site to assist with any special requests. Studio rules apply.
